Chicken kabobs (Tawouk)

Kabobs are so delicious and actually so easy to make. Something about throwing your food on a stick just makes it more fun to eat haha. You can make these same day- or even let them marinate over night for an even better more flavorful kabob. Serve with a side salad, rice or hummus.
2 Lbs Chicken breast (cubed)
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/3 Cup avocado oil
1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
4 Cloves of garlic (minced)
1 Tsp Fresh ginger (minced)
1/4 Cup Water
What to do:
+ Cut and dice your chicken and place on skewers ( you can add as much or as little as you want on each skewer.) Follow your heart.
+ Grab a blender ( preferably one with a lid that opens because you’ll be adding the oil in gradually.)
+ Add tomato paste, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, ginger and water.
+ Once all of the ingredients are combined gradually add the avocado oil. Keep going until you have a nice thick consistency (kind of like an Alfredo sauce.)
+ Marinate the chicken and let it sit at least 3 hours, it is even better if you let it lit over night.
+ Throw on the grill and serve hot!
