If you’ve been keeping up with me I think you’ve heard that my latest obsession has been turmeric. I made the iced turmeric macchiato a few weeks ago on the blog. While sitting back and enjoying my cleansing turmeric mask I decided to make myself something nice and warm to get me through this week’s unpredictable weather in Phoenix. Honestly, It has been all over the place… like just decide already. Anyways, here’s my easy delicious inflammation and cold fighting recipe.

1 1/2 cups of organic almond milk 
1/4 TSP turmeric powder 
1/4 TSP cinnamon powder 
1/2 TSP raw honey ( or your choice of natural sweetener)
Warm up your almond milk, throw it in a frother then add all of the ingredients. Let them mix together until you see that nice foam starting to form. Pour it in your favorite mug and enjoy!
