I know celery juice doesn’t sound super fabulous but its super delicious and really good for you! Over the past few years, I have grown to really love it’s now my go-to green drink. There are many benefits to drinking celery juice and here are a few reasons why I love it.

Why I love it: Bye bye bloating! ( has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties) It’s a “major alkaline” food. Ridiculously easy to make! Helps reduce blood pressure and is super good for gut health/ leaky gut while helping with digestion… not to mention IT’S DELICIOUS!

If I’m at home: Homemade celery juice recipe is. Juice 1 head of organic celery and crush fresh ginger (ass much as desired, I like a lot!) and add a splash of water. * This should go without saying but make sure you wash your celery well and cut off the tips and ends.*

Alternatives if I am on the go: I really love suja as a quick store bought option. I like to buy a few extra and keep them in the refrigerator. Most juice bars will have it or another yummy green drink packed with celery.
