I saw a similar recipe online and it inspiredo me to try it out myself and make a few adjustments. This is like a boujee take on classic labne dip! The presentation is stunning and will instantly spruce up your table. Feel free to leave out any of the ingredients and get creative/ add yur own touch. Honestly, Labne is bomb as hell on its own and doesn’t need anything other than some olive oil and pita to dip it in.

  8oz Labne

 10oz Cherry tomatoes

 5 Small sticks of thyme

1 Cloves of garlic (sliced thin)

 1.5 Small lemon (zest)

5 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

 1.5 Tbsp Sea salt

 1.5 Tbsp Zaatar

 Chilli flakes (optional)

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a small mixing bowl add the cherry tomatoes, 3 Tbsp olive oil (keep the other 2 for garnishing), salt, garlic, thyme sticks, mix it all together and add to a baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes, then broil for 2-3 min (or until the tomatoes get a nice char on them.)

While that is cooking, In a medium sized bowl add labne, olive oil, salt, lemon zest & mix together. Add it on the plate you will serve it in, cover & put it in the refrigerator until tomatoes are finished.

Add the tomato mix from the baking sheet and decorate the top of your labne platter. Sprinkle a dash of salt, coarse pepper, zaatar, chili flakes, and serve with warm pita or a baguette.
